Who We Are and What We Do

Our Mission

Meditation Town is a 501(C)3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to helping all people recover their original nature. Through this meditation, which is practiced by people of all ages worldwide, one can change one’s human mind to the mind of the Universe. We strive for everyone to live with inner peace and happiness, and to co-exist with people, nature, and the world.

Our Staff

Our staff is made up of highly trained and deeply dedicated meditators who have completed this meditation, and are now able to help guide you on your own meditation journey. Having experienced profound changes in our own lives, we are passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their own spiritual awakening.

What We Teach

In addition to our in-person meditation classes, we now offer live, guided online classes, in our goal of helping others find hope, inner peace, and true happiness.

Our Program / Method

Mind Cleansing Practice

Our mind-cleansing practice allows you to throw away the negative mind, and helps you release and empty your mind. If sand settles in muddy water, the water looks clear at that moment, but if you stir it, it becomes dirty again - our minds are the same. The water and soil must be scooped out and the bucket emptied in order to be filled with fresh water. If you release everything within yourself, you can regain your true nature.

Thoughts arise when you experience similar situations.

Once you have finished the steps, you will always be happy and peaceful.

Mind Cleansing Method

From birth, people store in their mind all that they see, hear, and experience with their five senses, as if it were a photo. Our memories and past experiences are like these photos, which are a fake replica of the past that is stored in the mind as though they are real.

Throwing away these false pictures is the basic principle of our Mind Cleansing Practice.

What are the Benefits?

7-Steps Course

The meditation process consists of 7 steps. Step by step, the more you empty your mind, the more you learn about the principles of the world. That is enlightenment. Our mind cleansing practice is a systematic way for anyone to empty their mind and find their true self.

Program schedule: Monday to Saturday

9AM to 9PM (PST), Sunday closed

Frequently Asked Questions

We will contact you to schedule your first session

(A Zoom link will be provided for zoom meditation classes)

A meditation instructor will guide you step by step in the zoom session.

We use the visualization technique. We will teach you how to recall your remembered thoughts which are stressors and release them away.

You can meditate via Zoom video call. It has the same benefits as an in-person guided meditation class. 

It’s a group meditation(Virtual group meditation or in-person class) basically but we will guide you privately in the beginning of the meditation program.

Most techniques allow people to feel temporary relief from their burdens, but as they go back to normal life, their mind also goes back to its normal state.

Meditation is not about suppressing the mind. We will teach you how to discard the root cause of your pain and burden through our guided meditation method. This will allow you to see countless changes in your mental and emotional state.
