Our Mission

Meditation Town is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to helping all people recover their original nature.

Through this meditation, which is practiced by people of all ages worldwide, one can change one’s human mind to the mind of the Universe. We strive for everyone to live with inner peace and happiness, and to co-exist with people, nature, and the world.

Our Staff

Our staff is made up of highly trained and deeply dedicated meditators who have completed this meditation, and are now able to help guide you on your own meditation journey. Having experienced profound changes in our own lives, we are passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their own spiritual awakening.

What We Teach

In addition to our in-person meditation classes, we now offer live, guided online classes, in our goal of helping others find hope, inner peace, and true happiness.

Our Method

Mind Cleansing Practice

Our mind-cleansing practice allows you to throw away the negative mind, and helps you release and empty your mind. If sand settles in muddy water, the water looks clear at that moment, but if you stir it, it becomes dirty again – our minds are the same.

From birth, people store in their mind all that they see, hear, and experience with their five senses, just like a camera. Our memories and past experiences are like these photos, which are copies of the past that are stored in the mind as though they are real.

Throwing away these false pictures is the basic principle of our Mind Cleansing Meditation.

7-Step Course

The meditation process consists of 7 steps. Step by step, the more you empty your mind, the more you learn about the principles of the world. That is enlightenment. Our mind cleansing practice is a systematic way for anyone to empty their mind and find their true self.

Founder Woo Myung

Founder Woo Myung has dedicated his whole life to helping people of the world to discard all of their human minds so that they can live completely with the mind of the Universe.

Woo Myung, has been helping and guiding people with this method since 1996. In that time he has written 12 inspirational books, each providing profound wisdom and enlightenment.
