Meditation is essential for all of us. You can throw away all the negative thoughts such as anxiety, fear, alienation, procrastination and avoidance. This method of meditation is called Subtracction meditation, which is being offered online and practiced by many.

Online meditation has the same effect as in-person meditation. Rather, more people prefer it because it can be easily done anytime, anywhere. Anyone can easily meditate by clicking on the zoom link.

There are many types of meditation. Breathing meditation, chanting meditation, yoga meditation, and so on. You are going to learn mind cleansing and visualization technique with us.

What does visualization meditation do?

We use the visualization technique. We will teach you how to recall your remembered thoughts which are stressors and release them away.

Can you meditate online?

You can meditate via Zoom video call. It has the same benefits as an in-person guided meditation class.

1. If you are using Zoom for the first time, please install the application.

2. Click the Zoom link. You can enter by clicking on the Zoom link that was sent to you by text.

3. After checking the audio and video connection status, the meditation session will start.
